We sell personalised gifts, keepsakes, gift sets and related products through our website.
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate, but small variations may occur.

3. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to buy goods from us.
A contract is only formed once your order has been accepted and payment has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order if:

If we are unable to fulfil your order after payment has been made, we will contact you and offer a refund or alternative where appropriate.

All prices shown on our website are listed in GBP (£).
The price you pay is the price shown on the website at the time you place your order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and accepted.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods available on our website.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been received successfully.
6. Personalised Orders
Many of our products are made to order using the personalisation details you provide.
It is your responsibility to check all names, dates, spellings and custom wording carefully before submitting your order.
We will create your item using the exact details entered at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for customer errors in personalisation details.
Because personalised items are made especially for you, they cannot usually be cancelled, returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
7. Dispatch and Delivery
Please allow 1–4 working days for your order to be made, packed and dispatched.
UK Delivery
We currently offer the following UK delivery services:

Tracked 48: estimated delivery in 2–4 working days

Tracked 24: estimated delivery in 1–2 working days
International Delivery
We also offer international delivery to selected countries.
International delivery times will vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected. Any customs delays, import checks, local postal delays, taxes, duties or additional fees are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Customers ordering from outside the UK are responsible for checking whether any customs charges, import duties or local taxes may apply in their country before placing an order.
Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

8. Damaged, Faulty or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If your order has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

We may not be able to help with claims reported outside a reasonable timeframe.
9. Returns and Cancellations
Personalised items
Personalised and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Non-personalised items
If you are a consumer buying for personal use, you may request a return for non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:

unused

in their original condition

returned at your own cost unless faulty or incorrect
Once the item is received and checked, any refund due will be processed to the original payment method.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gifted Box shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
Our total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights.

We take reasonable care to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee complete security for data transmitted online.
13. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including postal delays, strikes, natural events, technical failures, supply chain disruption or customs delays.
