Are your items personalised?
Yes, many of our products are personalised and made especially to order. Please make sure all names, dates, spellings and wording are entered correctly before placing your order.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because personalised items are made especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Can I return a non-personalised item?
Yes, non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
