At Gifted Box, we want every order to arrive safely and promptly. As many of our items are personalised and made to order, please review our shipping and returns information before placing your order.
Dispatch Time
Please allow 1–4 working days for your order to be made, packed, and dispatched.
Delivery Options
We currently offer UK delivery using the following services:
Tracked 48: estimated delivery in 2–4 working days
Tracked 24: estimated delivery in 1–2 working days
For international orders, delivery usually takes around 10–14 working days.
Please note that all delivery timeframes start from the date of dispatch,
not the date the order is placed.
Important Information
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or busy seasonal periods. Please ensure that all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
Personalised Orders
Please check all names, dates, spellings, and personalisation details carefully before submitting your order. Personalised items are created exactly as the information is entered at checkout.
Returns
Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised items unless they are damaged, faulty, or sent in error.
For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
